Building Control

We undertake Building Control Site Inspections in Cumbria, North Yorkshire and North Lancashire for a number of Approved Inspectors. We cover all construction sectors including Domestic, Commercial, Historical Conservation, Agricultural and Retail. The works we inspect range from Domestic Extensions & New Builds Dwellings through to Commercial & Industrial Buildings. We have a wealth of experience with works to Listed Buildings and Projects where Conservation and/or traditional construction methods are a priority.

Structural Warranties

As part of our service Lakesndales Surveyors Ltd can arrange Structural Warranty’s for our clients, either stand alone or included with our Building Control Services.

For Architects & Designers

Lakesndales Surveyors Ltd will provide you with a comprehensive Building Control Service. We will be on hand to promptly solve any issues you may encounter during the design or construction of your project.
